important yogas are based on the position of Moon and Sun while others are based on status of other
planets.
Important Yogas based on the status of Sun are:
VESHI YOGA
Veshi Yoga is formed when there is planet except Moon, Rahu and Ketu in the 2nd house from Sun.
However, the result of this yoga depends on the presence of benefic or malefic planet in this house.
Benefic planet in the 2nd house from Sun will give good results while the malefic planets would yield
negative results.
The native will be determined, attractive with leadership qualities and with numerous public contacts.
He rises in life due to his own hard work.
If benefics are placed in this yoga, the native will be religious means he would like to participate in
religious activities. He will be honest, lucky and would lead a happy life though he may face some
financial problems in his life but the same is overcome by passage of time. If malefic planets form this
yoga, the native will face problems in his life
VASSI YOGA
Vaasi Yoga is formed when there is planet except Moon, Rahu and Ketu in the 12th house from Sun.
However, the result of this yoga depends on the presence of benefic or malefic planet in this house.
Benefic planet in the 12th house from Sun will give good results while the malefic planets would yield
negative results.
Generally, this yoga indicates spiritual tendencies of an individual and he would like to be engaged in
the noble activities like charities and donations. He will be intelligent and hard working. Such persons
are liked by the government and senior authorities.
UBHAYACHARI YOGA
This yoga is formed when there is planet on either side of Sun. Moon, Rahu and Ketu are excluded in the
formation of this Yoga.
Actually, when a person has both a Veshi and Vassi yoga in his chart, he has Ubhayachari yoga.
Such a person is well behaved, learned and resourceful. If benefics are involved in this yoga, the person
will be
